Minutes of the Board of 2009
Creation of the Foundation
Deimann and Verstegen created the "WaterProject Nepal Foundation" in 2009 which was officially registered by notary Ypma in the Dutch town, Den Bosch.
The Board of committee consists of following persons and positions:
The Board had one meeting in 2009, december the 14th.
Important events and decisions
5. First step in composition of Committee of Recommendation
6. First step in creation of "a Board of Friends"
7. First interview with "De Gelderlander" (a Dutch newspaper)

- A charity concert of the Vocal Quartet "In Dulci Jubilo" with the attendance of TNT-president Jeroen van den Bergh en his wife Nirmala.
- Creation of a website and blog.
- Application of the ANBI-status (in order to obtain funds which are deductible from Dutch taxes)
- Contacts with organisations providing grants such as:
- Impulsis
- Greenwish
- De Bomen
- Rotary

Jeroen van den Bergh is coming to the Netherlands
Jeroen van den Bergh, director of The Nepal Trust in Kathmandu, is in the Netherlands.Nepal Trust will implement our Water Project. For this reason we invited Jeroen to a meeting of the Board on thursday january the 7th in Nijmegen. If you wish to attend this board, you are of course welcomed.

It's obvious that we are behind schedule for this year. Normally we should have realised 13625 Euros the first three monts but far from that figure we only obtained 4410 Euros yet.
